A large deck runs the entire length of the house, with steps down to Gibraltar’s beach. The amazing sunsets over the ocean will take your breath away each evening.

Gibraltar’s sizeable kitchen is bright, spacious and ALL NEW. With a large breakfast bar, it opens into the dining room and the sweeping views of the sea beyond. It provides a perfect layout and atmosphere for romantic dining or festive meals with your group.

Enjoy cooking up your fresh catch-of-the-day! A new Weber propane gas grill and outdoor dining table beckon on the seaside deck off of the kitchen. Inside, kitchen amenities include ALL NEW full-size refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner stove (gas), oven (gas), dishwasher, ice-maker, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Cupboards are stocked with dishes, utensils, table linens, pots and pans. Only items you need to supply are pantry items and food.

Gaze at the sea as you stretch and awaken, or walk outside directly from your bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee on the deck.

The spacious Main Bedroom features luxury bedding on a high-quality pillow-top Queen mattress, walk-in closet, full dresser and nightstand, gleaming white 30” inch tile floors, and sliding glass doors to the seaside deck. EVERYTHING BRAND NEW.

The en suite Master Bathroom boasts a double-sink vanity, plenty of counter space, and a separate make-up vanity area. The glass-door extended shower also has a bench, and the whole bathroom is well-lit from a south-facing window. Towels, hair dryer and other amenities are provided.

Downstairs, Gibraltar currently provides sleep space for 4 people in 2 bedrooms. (Another gardenside bedroom for 2 additional people will open December 2024.) The first oceanfront bedroom has a Queen bed, nightstand and closet. The second oceanfront bedroom has twin beds (convertible to a King), with a dresser, nightstand and closet. Both of these bedrooms boast sliding glass doors with a walk-out to the ground-level patio, outdoor shower, hammock and beach. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and comfortably appointed in luxury linens and charming seaside decor.

The downstairs bathroom features a glass-door shower, vanity sink and mirror, towels, hair dryer and amenities.
